Jacobs started studying acting when she was just eight years aged and was enrolled in Sunday acting classes at The Pittsburgh Playhouse. She performed at the Pittsburgh Public Theater, where she took home the public's Shakespeare Monologue Contest many times. Mt. Jacobs was a graduate of Lebanon High School, New York in 2000.
